The Powell River Kings trade forward Steve Axford(91) to the St Albert Saints of the Alberta Junior Hockey League for AJHL Allstar Forward Daniel Carr(91).

The Powell River Kings acquire the playing rights of forward Jeff Jubinville(89) from the St Albert Steel for future considerations. 

Kings affiliate player, forward Teegan Waugh(92) has signed a full playing card with the Powell River Kings.

September 2009

The Powell River Kings Hockey Club transfers the playing rights of Justin Hogan (90)(C) to the Williams Lake Timberwolves Hockey Club in exchange for the playing rights of Craig Eisenhut (90)(F).

The Powell River Kings acquire the playing rights of forward Mitch Labreche (90) from the Penticton Vees for future considerations

The Quesnel Millionaires Hockey Club transfers the playing rights of Rob Bailey (89)(F) to the Powell River Kings Hockey Club in exchange for future considerations.

Kings acquire the playing rights of defenceman Darcy Huisman (89) from the Prince George Spruce Kings for Future considerations

October 2008

Kings have acquired goaltender Carson Chubak in a three way deal. Kings send forward Matt Wray (89) and futures too the Salmon Arm Silverbacks and receive goaltender Carson Chubak (89) from the Flin Flon Bombers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League.

Kings re-acquire the CHL playing rights of forward Matt Wray (89) from the Kamloops Blazers of the Western Hockey League.

September 2008

The Powell River Kings Hockey Club acquire the playing rights of Jordan Gallea (89)(D) from the Nepean Raiders of the CJHL in exchange for future considerations.

The Powell River Kings Hockey Club acquire the playing rights of Ryan Green (90), Forward, from the Leamington Flyers of the WOHL in exchange for future considerations.

 

June 2008

Kings trade goaltender Chris Rawlings (88), defenceman Jake Areshenko (88) and forward Mitch Macmillan (89) to Cowichan Valley for forward Brooks Robinson(89), defenceman Ryne Bodger (89) and the CHL playing rights of goaltender Ian Curtis (90).

Kings trade forward Brennan Strang (88) to the Surrey Eagles for future considerations.

Kings acquire import forward Chris Bachman (87) from the Capital Thunder (Sacramento) of the Western States Hockey league.

Kings acquire free agent import defenceman Jason Cohen (88) from the Marquette Rangers of the NAHL.

Kings sign RW Neil Chambers (89). Chambers played in Fort St John last season for the NE BC/Yukon Flyers in the RAMHL.

Kings sign LW Mitch MacMillan (89). MacMillan played for the Summerland Sting of the KIJHL in 2006/07
