We are exited to bring back our Kings Hockey Academy. It is an after school program on Wednesdays for PeeWee, Bantam and Midget Rep players. In the Academy you will get one hour and fifteen minutes of ice per day working on all aspects of becoming a complete hockey player. You will also endure intense dryland sessions. Other aspects of the Academy include Stretching, Gym Workouts, Plyometrics Workouts, Video Sessions, Nutritional Seminars, Junior Hockey Seminars, Goaltender Seminars and  Healthy Snacks & Drinks.
 
Hockey gear storage at the rink is available as well as transportation from school to the arena.

You can sign up for the Kings Hockey Academy at the Kings office or by fax/email.

The cost is $275 plus tax for a grand total of $308.00.  This can be paid via cash, cheque, or credit card.  

Sign-up early as there is only room for 25 participants.
