The verdict is in….your Powell River Kings will take on the Victoria Grizzlies in what is sure to be a thrilling Round 2 playoff series.
Victoria secured their spot in the second round with a 3-2 win over Nanaimo last night at Bear Mountain Arena.
The Coastal Conference semi-finals will begin here at The Hap on Tuesday March 8th and Wednesday March 9th at 7:00pm.
On Tuesday, there will be a pre-game tailgate BBQ. The grills will be fired up at 6:00pm! You can bring out the whole family for a bite to eat before heading into the arena for game 1 of the series.
The Kings will also be giving away car flags to the first 500 fans on Tuesday! Get there early so you can paint the town green & gold!
Wednesday night there will be a shuttle running from the north end of the Town Centre Mall (by Moose & Eddies). The shuttle will start running at 6pm. The shuttle will also begin shuttling fans back at 9pm. The Grand Concert for the Festival of Performing Arts will be taking place at the Evergreen Theatre starting at 7:30pm that same evening so the City has arranged for this transportation service to ensure every fan will get to their desired destination!

The 2nd round starts Tuesday March 8 and must be completed by March 16th.
The 3rd round starts Friday March 18th and must be finished by March 26th.
The 4th round starts Friday April 1st and must be finished Monday April 11th.
Doyle Cup starts Friday April 15th.
All series are best of seven and each series will start at the home team of the top seed.
