Dylan Finlay named to BCHL All-Star team

Today the BCHL announced the first 18 players (1 from each team) that will participate in the All-Star as part of All-Star Weekend January 14-16 in Penticton.

Kings Captain Dylan Finlay was selected to represent the Kings at the event. The 20 year old defenceman has 2 goals and 6 assists so far this season.

Here is what the All-Star game will look like

  • Outdoor arena
  • 3-on-3
  • Four teams of six skaters and one goalie (two teams per conference)
  • Round robin
  • Two seven-minute periods
  • Second and third place play in the semifinal
  • First place plays the winner of the semi in the final

There are still more roster spots to fill out, the remainder will be decided by fan vote starting Nov.24

Alongside the All-Star game will be a Top Prospects game, Skills competition, and Alumni game as part of the festivities
