The Kings’ coaching staff is excited to offer Powell River’s Midget & Bantam rep players two pre-season training programs.
The first program is the Ice Prep program. The details are as follows:
When: August 9, 10 & 11 and August 15, 16, 17 & 18 from 7:00 – 8:30pm
Where: Hap Parker Arena
What: The coaching staff along with local hockey coaches will be leading 6 on-ice sessions to prepare Midget & Bantam rep calibre players for the upcoming season. The six Ice Prep sessions will focus on conditioning.
Cost: The cost for each session is $15.00. Players can bring cash to each session and give it to Brendan the trainer.
The second program is the Elite Summer Hockey School program. You can find more details by clicking on ‘Camps’ on the toolbar and choosing ‘Elite Summer Hockey School’.
The Elite Summer Hockey School program will run from Monday August 22nd through to Thursday August 25th in the evenings.
Former King Jason Yee will be leading the dryland training.
