The Powell River Kings would like to congratulate Mitch Williams on his commitment to the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology Nooks for the 2019/20 season.
Williams is in his second year as a Powell River King, and has 26 goals and 32 assists in 109 career BCHL regular season games. He dressed in his 100th as a Powell River King in the season closing game against the Alberni Valley Bulldogs in late February. Williams set new career highs for goals, assists and points this season, finishing 6th in team scoring through the regular season.

The NAIT Ooks men’s hockey team is proud to announce that forward Mitchell Williams has committed to the program for the 2019-20 hockey season.
The 6’1 200 lbs. right shot forward from Vancouver, British Columbia is currently playing for the Powell River Kings of the British Columbia Junior Hockey League where he has posted 16 goals, and 21 assists for 37 points in 53 games this season. Mitchell plans to enroll in open studies in his first year at NAIT with long term plans to take an electrician journeyman apprenticeship.
