Coast Realty, Villani & Co and RBC’s Rachelle Ford are excited to invite every single Powell River-ite to the Kings game this coming Friday January 20th, 2011.
The tailgates fire up at 5:30pm. Hotdogs, hamburgers, water and coffee will be available for delicious eats & treats by donation. There will be tables set up in the lobby for you to enjoy your dinner away from the howling cold January night.
Fans will be able to tap their toes to Powell River’s own 'Scout Mountain Blue Grass Band'.
Balloons with fabulous prizes can be purchased at $5 each or 3 for $10. All funds raised from the ‘Balloon Pop’ will go towards our local United Way. Prizes include:

On top of all this, fans will be able to have their photo taken with the Green Men. Alicia Baas will be on hand to take photos of fans with the lovable Canucks’ penalty box dwellers from 5:30pm – 7:15pm. Photos will be $5 for an individual or $10 for a group with all donations going towards the United Way. The photos will be emailed to the fans.
From there, the Green Men will move into the rink for puck drop at 7:30pm.
