The Powell River Kings are set to kick off their 2017/2018 campaign with Main Camp at the Hap Parker Arena August 21-24. As usual, camp will be a small and highly competitive affair. All sessions are open to the public and are as follows:
Monday August 21st
10:00am – Team Black practice
11:00am – Team Gold practice
7:00pm – Intra-squad Game 1
Tuesday August 22nd
10:00am – Team Black practice
11:00am – Team Gold practice
7:00pm – Intra-squad Game 2
Wednesday August 23rd
2:30pm – Intra-squad game 3
Thursday August 24th
1:30pm – Practice
The Kings then hit the road for three exhibition games on Vancouver Island over the weekend. The Kings will play Alberni Valley on Friday, Victoria on Saturday and Cowichan on Sunday. There will be no broadcasts of the exhibition weekend, however live intermission updates will take place on the Kings Facebook Page.
