Planning for the 10th Annual Dream Auction & Golf Classic benefitting Canadian Cystic Fibrosis and the Powell River KingsJunior A Hockey Club is well under way. Through the first 10 years this hugely successful event has raised over $475,000. We are very pleased to welcome Investors Group back as Tournament Sponsor. We are hoping that you can help us make this year’s 11th Anniversary event even more memorable than previous 10.
This two-day event kicks off on Saturday August 11th at the Dwight Hall with a fabulous banquet catered by Barry Kosturos, Louise Williams, and Dan DaVita. Dan DaVita will be back to MC the event. The evening will also include silent and live auctions. Last year’s dinner was attended by over 300 people; we hope to increase that number to 350 this year. The golf tournament will tee off on Sunday August 12th at Myrtle Point Golf Club.
Tickets for the dinner are $50.00/person. There are a wide range of corporate sponsorships as well for the event.
