Craig Dalrymple has been voted the Best Defenceman in the Coastal Conference. The awards, handed out on Monday, were chosen through a survey of BCHL Coaches and Executives. Dalrymple, 20, missed just 5 games this season, scoring 20 goals and adding 29 assists. Consistantly playing against opposing top lines, Craig Dalrymple and Jon Jutzi formed the Kings top pairing throughout the majority of the season.
In net, Sean Maguire and Jonah Imoo shared the Best Goaltending Tandem award, with an averaged goals against average of 2.05. Maguire, 18, suited up in 31 times this year, going 17-12-1 with a 2.33 goals against average and a 913 save percentage. His partner between the pipes, Jonah Imoo, came into the side after the January 10th trade deadline. Imoo has continued to post spectacular numbers in a Kings jersey, going 7-0 in 8 appearances for the side. In his starts against the Kings, he carried a 0.94 goals against average and 950 save percentage.
