The Powell River Kings have almost 100 former players currently plying their trade at the collegiate or pro levels. Today, we look at some of the notable stories and trends from the previous set of games, highlighting former Powell River King players.

- (March 15th) Brayden Low records a pair of assists for the Reading Royals in a 5-2 win over the Indy Fuel. Jamie Phillips stopped 21/23 in goal for the victory.
- (March 16th) Michael Garteig stops 19/23 for the Newfoundland Growlers in a 6-4 loss to the Adirondack Thunder.
- (March 16th) Jamie Phillips stops 19/22 for Reading in a 5-1 loss to the Indy Fuel.
- (March 17th) Jamie Phillips stops 28/32 in a 6-3 loss to the Adirondack Thunder.
- (March 17th) Luke Ripley tallies an assist for the Greenville Swamp Rabbits in a 2-1 loss to the Jacksonville Icemen.

- (March 23rd) Jamie Phillips stops 33/35, along with 10/12 in the shootout as the Reading Royals defeat the Newfoundland Growlers 3-2.
- (March 24th) Brayden Low earns 1st Star honours after recording a goal and an assist for the Reading Royals in a 4-1 win over the Worcester Railers. Jamie Phillips was named the game’s 2nd Star after stopping 28/29 in goal.
- (March 27th) Derian Hamilton signs an amateur try-out with the Norfolk Admirals and tallies an assist in his first game, a 5-2 loss to the Florida Everblades.
- (March 29th) Jamie Phillips earns 3rd Star honours after stopping 36/38 for the Reading Royals in a 6-2 win over the Maine Mariners. Brayden Low tallied an assist for the Royals in the win.
- (March 30th) Michael Garteig earns 1st Star honours after stopping 42/44 for the Newfoundland Growlers in a 5-2 win over the Manchester Monarchs.
- (March 30th) Jamie Phillips stops 20/22, along with both shots in the shootout, in a 3-2 Reading win over the Wheeling Nailers. Brayden Low tallied an assist in the win.

BC Intercollegiate Hockey League
- (March 14th) Gavin Rauser tallies an assist for the VIU Mariners in a 3-2 loss to the Trinity Western Spartans in game one of the BCIHL Final.
- (March 15th) Gavin Rauser and the VIU Mariners lose to the Trinity Western Spartans in the BCIHL Final after dropping a 9-1 decision in game two. A pair of former affiliates got on the scoresheet as Kobe Oishi scored after being set up by Gage Colpron.
