Marek Beaudoin has been named the BCHL’s first star of the month for October!
The second year forward collected points in all 8 games played with 5 of them being multi-point performances. He scored 10 times while adding 7 assists during the month. Beaudoin capped off October with a 4 point performance that included his first BCHL Hat-Trick in Friday’s 8-5 win over the Langley Rivermen.
Currently Beaudoin is tied 10th in league scoring and is tied 4th for the most goals. After a tremendous month for the 19 year old, he is on pace to surpass his season totals from last year in the very near future. He is currently 2 goals and 5 assists away from matching his numbers from his first campaign in Powell River.
Beaudoin will look to keep the points coming this weekend when the Kings have a home and home with the Victoria Grizzlies. The first game will be on the road on Friday then the rematch will take place Sunday November 9th at 5pm from the Hap
