The Kings are pleased to announce the signing of 2004 born goaltender Vincent Lamberti.

Lamberti is from Los Angeles California, and his acquisition comes after the departure of Tresor Wotton who left the team during the All-Star break to pursue an opportunity in the USPHL. Lamberti was someone who has been on the Kings radar for quite sometime and with a spot available the Kings saw the opportunity to bring the 19 year old goalie in. “Vincent is a very agile and athletic goalie with high compete.” says Assistant G.M. Stephan Seeger Jr. “He gets post to post quite fast and never gives up on second and third chances. We are very excited to add Vincent to our goaltending duo, he’s an exciting player to watch in net.” Lamberti has suited up in 7 games this season for the Connecticut Roughriders of the EHL. In those games he compiled a 3-3 record with a 2.61 GAA and at .931sv%.

Lamberti will suit up this weekend when the Kings take on the Nanaimo Clippers at the Hap. Friday’s game is at 7pm and will be broadcasted on Rogers TV channel 4/105 in the Powell River/Comox Valley Region. Then Saturday’s game is at 5pm.
